Having arrived in Sendagi via Zushi and Kawasaki, Bakery Miura has established a loyal following among locals since opening in September 2017.

Owner-baker Norihiko Tobita makes authentic everyday bread with a dedication to organic Japanese produce that is good for both his customers and the environment.

This dedication extends to his meticulous preparation of ingredients, whether it be milling wheat for his signature dinner loaves or roasting nuts for the rolls that fill the main showcase.

Plants from the neighbouring flower shop adorn the walls and shelves, while the standing counter comes with an invitation to enjoy some fresh bread or a slice of pizza before exploring the nearby Nezu Shrine.
